Redeeming your International Discovery Pass Voucher

If you have purchased a Greyhound Discovery Pass from an international tour operator, you will have been issued a voucher from the tour operator for redemption at your first point of departure. On the date you wish to start your travel, present your voucher to a Greyhound ticket agent to be validated.

If you are redeeming your voucher in Canada we will issue you a "Flash Pass". Just show your flash pass along with photo identification to the driver and you are on your way.

If you are redeeming your voucher in the US, you will be given a coupon to present at Greyhound ticket counters, where you will be issued a bus ticket for each destination.

Vouchers may only be redeemed at the locations listed below. To ensure you make your connections we recommend that you arrive at your gateway terminal at least one hour in advance of your scheduled departure time.
